He has advised Big 4 Accounting Firms, liquidators, shipowners, charterers, creditors, and debtors on the interaction between maritime and insolvency laws. Thus, he is well-versed with the impact of maritime claims on winding-up and judicial management proceedings, restraining orders, and schemes of arrangements.
